All software products available for purchase on the Labtech website are down-loadable, and try-before-you-buy. We offer our trial software products and services to let you fully evaluate them before you make a purchase decision.

All our trial and paid software products and services are fully-functional and our support staffs are available to assist you with installation and configuration via our on-line supporting system (requires a Labtech user account). We strongly recommend you to download, install, and use our software products and services prior to making a purchase.

When you purchase software products or service, and after your payment has cleared, you will be notified to the email address on your personal profile from no-reply@labtechpos.com. Refunds or exchanges will not be given for purchases because we let you to trial all our product and services before making a decision of purchasing.
